Mubasher: Menzies Aviation, a subsidiary of Agility Global, has fully acquired US-based G2 Secure Staff for an enterprise value consideration of $305 million plus a deferred consideration of $10 million payable in 2026.

The transaction is subject to achieving certain agreed-upon performance metrics, according to a bourse filing.

The enterprise value deal reinforces Menzies' position as the world's largest aviation services provider, operating at 350 airports in 65 countries.

It is expected to boost the group’s revenue by 20% to more than $3.10 billion, based on 2024 figures.

Following the transaction, G2's operations will be rebranded under the Menzies Aviation name, with integration already underway to ensure a seamless transition for employees, customers, and partners.

In the first half (H1) of 2025, Agility Global recorded 14.98% lower net profits at $75.08 million, compared to $88.32 million in H1-24.
